Receiving Packages at Your Airbnb

Check with Your Host First

Always message your host before ordering. Most hosts are happy to receive packages, but some may prefer you use a convenience store pickup instead.

Use Convenience Store Pickup

If your Airbnb doesn't have a secure mailbox, choose 'Convenience Store Pickup' (コンビニ受取) at checkout. Lawson, FamilyMart, and Ministop all offer this service.

Locker Pickup

Amazon Lockers are available at some train stations and shopping centers. Look for 'Amazon Hub Locker' at checkout.

Address Tips

Make sure to include the room number and building name. Japanese addresses can be confusing — ask your host for the exact delivery address format.
